April Events in Greater Cleveland

 

April's just begun and we have so much to look forward to in Greater Cleveland!

 

#RallyTogether! Hotdogs, beer, peanuts, and Indians! Yes, it’s that time of year again and baseball is in season. The Cleveland home opener was Friday, April 6th and there will be plenty more games this month to go check out. Visit the Indians official website for game days, hours and locations.

 

There’s still time to “run away to the IX Indoor Amusement Park”! Don’t lie, you sang that. It is open the following hours this week:

Thursday, April 12: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Friday, April 13: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Saturday, April 14: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Sunday, April 15: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Not into sports or amusement parks? How about arts and crafts? Avant-Garde Art and Craft Show is coming to Strongsville Recreation Center on April 14th and 15th! There’s going to be handmade items and full concession stands.

 

Out by Lorain County and want a good laugh? Lorain County Community College Stocker Arts Center is presenting Peter Funt’s Candid Camera’s 8 Decades of Smiles on April 22nd at 7:30 p.m.

 

Kent American Roots Music Festival is Friday April 27th from 4:30p.m to 1:00 a.m. in downtown Kent, OH. All shows are free and there are 22 venues!  Go jam out to some bluegrass and country.
