Downtown Cleveland's Annual Winterfest
This celebration is everything that you want out of a holiday season. Winterfest (like most things happening in 2020) will be a little different to accommodate the latest health and safety guidelines. All of the holiday festivities are held from Monday, December 14, 2020 - to Sunday, January 3, 2021.
Lakewood’s annual holiday celebration has been reimagined. The idea is to capture the spirit of the city's festive traditions with nine days of virtual experiences. The online event will feature new video content posted every night at 7 pm, including a mini-parade, lighting ceremony, musical performances, storytime, and more. Light up Lakewood begins on December 12, 2020, and ends on December 20, 2020.
The holidays in Cleveland wouldn’t be the same without TSO. The well-known holiday orchestra has played in Cleveland every year since 1999. Instead, members of TSO's east and west bands will unite for an exceptional virtual performance of the group's 1996 debut album "Christmas Eve and Other Stories." The concert will be held on December 18 at 8 pm.
Wild Winter Lights at Cleveland Metroparks Zoo
The zoo's holiday lights spectacular features over one million individual lights. The lights display four lands: Candyland, Enchanted Forest, Conservation Trail & Santa's Workshop. There are also carousel rides, costumed characters, model train displays, ice carvers, live music, a dazzling light show with a 50-foot tree, and photos with Santa. Glow at Cleveland Botanical Garden
This festive holiday event returns with numerous poinsettias, holly, and conifer trees, along with an assortment of lighting displays, decorated Christmas trees, gingerbread houses, and opportunities for photos. The event is an indoor-outdoor experience that allows you to take in the holidays' beauty in a socially distanced manner. The event is held Wednesdays through Sundays until January 3, 2021.
Crocker Park’s Holiday Experiences
The Westlake shopping center features various ways to celebrate the holidays, including CLE Market, a pop-up shop showcasing local artisans and vendors, socially distanced photos with Santa, an ice skating rink, an elaborate toy train display, a Christmas tree garden, and more. Crocker Park's Holiday Experience is being held now through December 29, 2020.
