With every single summer getting hotter and heatwaves getting more frequent, living without air conditioning at home may be getting a bit more difficult than it was fifteen years ago.   However, there are a few things you can do to keep you and your family cool this Summer.   Take a cold shower or bath   If your body temperature is higher than normal, taking a cold shower or bath will help refresh your body and ease the discomfort of being too warm.   Use box fans   If you’re on a budget and can’t get an air conditioning unit just yet, box fans can be a great way to move air around your home and cool you down.    Close your blinds and curtains   When the sun is out, its rays could be making your home a lot warmer than it needs to be.
